SeaSucker Monkey Bars Roof Rack Review - 2015 Ford Edge

Hey everyone, it's Evangeline here at etrailer and today we're taking a look at how the SeaSucker Monkey Bars fit on a 2015 Ford Edge. So, if you need a quick and easy roof rack because you wanna carry around fun accessories like maybe a kayak or some roof-mounted bike racks or a roof box, then the SeaSucker Monkey Bars are designed for a quick install. Once you arrive at your destination, you can take it off quickly too. If possible I do recommend taking a look at our custom fit options for your Ford Edge, just because they give a little bit more stability and their designed to last a little bit longer since you don't have to constantly take them off and put them back on. But I do understand maybe you're in a rental car or if you just want that quick solution. So these are the 48 inch long crossbars.

Rhino-Rack RS 2500 Roof Rack Installation - 2015 Ford Edge

Today on our 2015 Ford Edge we're going to be test fitting the Rhino Rack RS 2500 Series Roof Rack, part number RRRS659B. The Rhino Rack RS Roof Rack System has a great look to it, and it almost looks factory installed, and is able to carry a wide variety of accessories to free up some space inside your vehicle. The two bars have a combined carrying capacity of 165 pounds, but you always want to double check with your vehicle's manual to make sure your roof can withstand that weight. It does have the Vortex Aero strips up at the top, and that combined with the aerodynamic shape of the bar will cut down wind noise and drag while you're driving. All four end cap legs are lockable, so once this is installed onto your roof, it's secure to your roof as well. This comes with everything including the fit kit for your specific vehicle. Now that we've gone over some of the features of the roof rack system let's go ahead and show you how it installs. We have the rear bar partially assembled on our table here, and we'll finish up by applying our fit kit to our other leg.
