To replace the end cap for the Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack # MPG215 on your 2016 Toyota RAV4 you'll need the kit # MPG1012. This comes with 4 of the end caps which gives you a few extras in case something like this happens again in the future. As of right now Malone doesn't offer the end caps as a double or single version - just this pack of 4.

Yes, it sounds like you're looking for the Fulton Wheel Wedge Kit for F2 Swing-Up, Wide-Track Jacks part # F500133 which is the part that stops the wheel from rolling, the lock if you will.
Please note, this only works on single wheel models. view full answer...
For your 2009 Toyota RAV4 there isn't a plug and play style of brake controller install harness so you'd have to hardwire one in with the # ETBC7 plus a 4-way kit part # 118412 if you do not have a 4-way already.
Those two parts would be all you need to install the brake controller part # 39523 that you mentioned in your 2009 Toyota RAV4.
I attached an install video for the ETBC7 installed in a Rav4 similar to your 2009 model. view full answer...
The old Thule Spare Me 943 isn't compatible with your new RAV 4, as you've already found out. Luckily enough, the replacement # 753-3532 mounting plate for the latest version of the Spare Me # TH963PRO would be compatible with your 2011 RAV 4 and with your older Spare Me bike rack. The plate is all you'll need to get the rack to fit on your new car.
I've confirmed this with Thule for you. view full answer...

Since you do not know the number on the lock cylinder of your Thule Weekender Cargo Box and it is locked you will need to have a locksmith come and unlock the box or very carefully drill the core out.
After that you can replace the cylinders with the Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders # TH450200. view full answer...
The threaded hitch bolt you will need for your Thule DoubleTrack TH990XT is # TH62RE.
The nuts inside the shank though are not available. Nor is the shank itself. But you could either use the new bolt or a tap and die set to cut new threads in the nuts. view full answer...
I have a solution for you but I contacted the manufacturer regarding this question and they informed that the Replacement U-Bolt for Thule Sidekick Cargo Box # TH02943 will not fit a Thule Canyon XT basket. They also told me that there is not a 4" wide option that is compatible with the Canyon XT. The Canyon XT Baskets like the # TH859XT use a 3-1/2" wide mounting point, so that is as wide of a U-Bolt that you can use. The replacement U-Bolt that is as close to the 4" x 2" you want is the... view full answer...
The rack in your photo is the Yakima Raptor. We do sell a replacement strap for that bike rack. The Replacement Rattler Wheel Straps for Yakima Bike Carriers (QTY 2). part # Y02082, has a tab that slides into the groove underneath the tray of your Yakima Raptor.
I have included a product description link and a demo video of the straps below. view full answer...
The Thule rivet covers you mentioned are compression fit and would typically fit pretty tightly. They usually won't pop out on their own. If one comes out, you can re-install it or replace it with # 14303. A tiny drop of super glue will help the cover stay in place.
If the cap is missing, it can allow a small amount of moisture to enter the box so it's recommended to replace the covers if they go missing. view full answer...

In order to get replacement hardware for your hitch you need the Replacement Hardware Kit for Trailer Hitches # RHK. This will require the hitch item number as well as the manufacturer in order to get the correct parts.

It sounds like the 4-Leaf Slipper Spring w/ Open Eye End # e33SR could be what you are looking for. Over time leaf springs can stretch so this one being 1/4" shorter than your current leaf spring is most likely correct.
This leaf spring is rated for a 4,300 lb axle and comes with 4 leafs. The amount of leafs isn't really important since you are simply looking for the weight capacity to be right at or slightly more than what your axle is rated for.
The only real issue that I see is this... view full answer...
