Most likely what you would need is the part # 30717. This has a 4-way on one side of the connector that would get plugged into your Explorer and 7-way connector on the other side for connecting to your trailer. When we installed the Curt hitch part # C13386 on a 2013 Ford Explorer like yours we found the distance from the top of the hitch opening down to the ground to be 16-1/4 inches. So since your trailer has a distance from the bottom of the coupler lip to the ground when level of 14-1/2 inches you'd want a drop of 1-3/4 inches.
The closest we have to that is a 2 inch drop like the Draw Tite ball mount part # 2923 which would work well.

In looking up your 2017 Coleman FQ online, it appears that your trailer has a dry weight of 3205 and a dry hitch tongue weight of 453. Based on it's length and weight, I think you are wise to consider a weight distribution system with sway control as I believe sway will be an issue and the weight distribution anti-sway systems are far better than the friction bars.
