First, though, the factory crossbars on a 2019 Volkswagen Factory do not extend past the feet. The Hullavator, part # TH898, requires 4" - 8" extension past the feet, so you won't be able to use this.

As long as you have a US Car Connector on your 2018 Volkswagen Atlas you can connect the Pollak Connector Socket # PK11893 OR the Hopkins Endurance # HM40920 to your vehicle.

With the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76176 we have never test fit this on a 2022 Volkswagen Atlas in our shop with a factory receiver. It appears on models with the factory receiver it has a different fascia insert so we have no way of knowing if you will have to trim the fascia when installing this receiver. Since the manual for your 2023 Volkswagen Atlas states that you can only install chains on the 245/65R17 tire size you have a limited selection, but we do still have a set of chains that you can use for your larger 255/50R20 tires without damaging anything.
