The new Rhino Box from Lippert currently has no replacements so you won't be able to swap out this pin box with a Sidewinder to add more turning clearance. Because of this you'll have to use a sliding 5th wheel hitch in your 6.5' bed to help prevent the nose your 5th wheel from coming into contact with the cab of your 2021 Ram 3500.

Lance does have a proprietary plug, but many customers see a standard 6-way or 7-way round and notice it doesn't fit their factory 7-way as well. The reason the Convert-A-Ball Cushioned 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Adapter # CAB-C5G is not recommended for use with factory-installed gooseneck prep packages on Fords from 2011-present and Ram from 2013-present is because they use a gooseneck ball that has a plastic handle on top (see photo) that folds into the hitch ball and the Convert-A-Ball # CAB-C5G has a nut on the inside that will damage the gooseneck ball.
