Dodge Durango

Most products I've gotten from etrailer have been great, up until this product. The adapter attachment did not work for putting it onto the subaru. This made them worthless, so I ended up going to the local subaru dealer and getting wiper blades for the same cost. I was able to make the other wipers I purchased for the Durango work, but the "scrubblade" itself does not appear to do any better than a typical wiper blade. Thumbs down on this product.1704444

These wiper blades are far better than anything my Hyundai has had since I bought it. Even better are the videos which make installation a snap. I almost freaked out when all the parts came tumbling out of the package but calmed down quickly after watching the well made video. Yes my car is filthy after getting a unexpected God given bath a day earlier.1173914

Don’t buy it. It’ll fail you when you need it the most. Like it did me during an ice storm. Whole thing snapped off. Haven’t even had them on for a month. eTrailer didn’t care since they already have my money. “Per our return policy, we are not able to issue a reshipment on installed and used items.” Shame on you eTrailer. Sent the same message to Scrubblade too. No response.1513364

Subaru

Wish I could rate it higher. Seems like a very good concept for a windshield wiper that would really clean the windshield, but the mounting adapter does not properly fit my Subaru.1528283

I installed these wiper blades on three different vehicles. They performed "okay", but I had hoped they would out perform standard wiper blades. I'm not sure that they did. Overall, the blades are okay, just not superior to a standard wiper blade.1676978

This is a great product. I will say I ran into some streaking issues about 6 months in but I'm still giving 5 stars because I should have gotten the heavy duty. The bugs in the south are just a little too much for the platinum long term. But I'm going to be sticking with the brand! Before the bugpocalypse these worked perfect and were easy to install.1676846

the clip that holds the blade onto the wiper arm keeps coming loose and occasionally the blade will fall off. after several months, the blade left a lot of moisture streaks. I will not ever purchase these blades again.1452176

The blades only lasted a few weeks and then one broke and flew off my wiper while I was driving in the rain.1684906

This is a great business to deal with. Number one in customer service and wonderful communication. I highly recommend anyone that needs the produces they carry to use them over any others. Even if the cost is slightly more from here, which I doubt because etrailer is very competitive in their prices, it’s worth the extra to use etrailer. Peace of mind knowing you’ll get great care if the need arrives.934620

Unfortunately I didn’t like them. I had great expectations but they just didn’t work for me. They really didn’t remove the bugs from the windshield and didn’t remove rain that well either. I removed them and replace them with a standard wiper after just a few months.1093446

These wipers work great. Got them just in time for a snowstorm and they kept the window clear and did not freeze up at all. Very easy to install as they supply all the different connection parts for different types of wiper arms.927477

Works if you install it correctly. Previously gave this a bad review, but found out that they were installed incorrectly where the rigid side was down. This caused the wiper to skip. When I realized this and flipped them around, they worked smoothly as expected. I would recommend.1457081
