Hi, everybody. Andy here, with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this Deka Quick-Disconnect Terminal. Now, this is basically a quick-disconnect battery connector that's going to make managing your vehicle's power a whole lot easier and safer. The main idea is that you can quickly detach the cable from your battery whenever you're not using your vehicle, no tools or complicated setups is going to be necessary really. One of the big benefits is going to be security.
When it's disconnected, it actually helps prevent someone from starting your vehicle, so it adds a simple anti-theft layer. But this is also going to be really useful for preventing battery drain. So if you ever had a car, RV, or boat sit for a while, and you come back to it and you have a dead battery, this is going to solve that problem by completely cutting off power when it is not in use.
