It's a simple but complete system. It might not be the most robust system on the market, but it definitely would deter most from trying to take a trailer.

Poor quality! Do not expect these to secure your gear. TheLockPickingLawyer has a video where he picks the coupler lock in under 30 seconds. The whole package is made as cheaply as possible.

I love watching TheLockPickingLawyer! He gives some great insight on the security of all locks. One thing I have noticed though, is that he is practically a lockpicking guru that can open pretty much any lock out there. I doubt any lock could withstand him. As for your average Joe, I believe this lock should be able to withstand a decent defense.

What Trailer Coupler Lock will Work with My Bulldog-style Bolt-On Coupler for 5,000 Pounds?
Hello Rodger, There are a couple of different options for you. The one that you found, the Master Lock 1-7/8", 2", and 2-5/16" Trailer Coupler Lock - Gray - Keyed Alike # ML377KA, would work great. Replacement Tires for Harbor Freight 4x8 Trailer
Hi Jeff; the Taskmaster 4.80R12 Radial Trailer Tire # TT48012C will fit the Dexstar Steel Spoke Trailer Wheel # AM20122 you ordered. This is the same tire size you have now so clearance isn't an issue. It also has the M speed rating for 81 mph. I don't think you're going to find anything that is rated higher in the smaller size. Keep in mind, the trailer itself might not be rated that high. Even if you switch to higher rated tires you may be limited by the max speed of that trailer.

Availability of Replacement Keys for TowSmart Locks
TowSmart Trailer Coupler Locks and Hitch Locks like those found in the # TS84FR do not have replacement keys available. Since you should have a key remaining, I recommend checking with your local hardware store to see if they can make a copy. If you lose your remaining key/keys the only solution would be total replacement of your lock.

Ball Mount, Trailer Coupler, and Padlock Keyed Alike Kit
We do have some options that have all 3 types of locks using the same key and for that I recommend the TowSmart Trailer Coupler Lock Kit # TS84FR. While these parts are all keyed alike, there isn't a way to order multiples of this set with everything matching so you're looking at a matching kit per towing setup.

I do have options for you but the TowSmart Trailer Coupler Lock Kit part # TS84FR does not have a keyed alike option. The etrailer Hitch Receiver and Coupler Lock Set part # e99039 is a similar kit minus the surround coupler lock which does have a keyed alike option. The TowSmart Trailer Coupler Lock Kit - 1-7/8, 2, and 2-5/16 Couplers w/ Hitch Lock & Coupler Lock # TS84FR uses different lock cores/keys for different kits. Although they are not 100% unique, the odds that someone would order the same lock set and get the same set of keys and then use those keys on your locks are slim to none.

I have a solution for you but the etrailer Hitch and Coupler Lock Set - 2" Hitch - 2-5/16" Ball item # e68ZR slides onto a standard coupler and most likely won't work on yours if it has a wider coupler and a larger rolled lip than in the product pictures. You will want to use the Master Lock Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock and Coupler Lock Set - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches item # 3794DAT. The coupler lock is universal and adjustable.

Recommended Solution to Lock Trailer with Weight Distribution System Attached
It sounds like you're looking for a solution to lock your trailer coupler while the weight distribution hitch is still connected to the trailer, and I think you might be referring to a Fastway E2 weight distribution hitch. To get that part you would need to order the TowSmart Trailer Coupler Lock # 3481213 and discard the latch component. This is the only other way TowSmart offers the shackle in the Coupler Lock Kit # TS84FR.
