A solid connection is what keeps your trailer suspension working right. This 5/16" diameter spring-retainer bolt mounts the slipper spring inside the rear hanger so the spring stays where it should. The fit is precise, giving the spring a steady pivot point for consistent movement and a smoother ride.
Durability matters when your trailer racks up miles. At 3-1/4" long and made from Grade 2 steel, this suspension bolt holds up through repeated flex and road vibration. It’s a simple part that carries a big load, designed to keep your suspension hardware tight and dependable.
Installing or replacing this bolt is quick and direct. The 18 threads-per-inch design works with the matching locknut (part 6-11, sold separately) to secure the assembly in place. Once tightened, the slipper spring slides smoothly into the hanger and rests firmly on the bolt for reliable performance.
