Perfect for light-duty towing and everyday hauling, this Curt Class II trailer hitch receiver gives you a solid foundation for small trailers, cargo carriers, or bike racks. With a 3,500-lb maximum gross trailer weight rating and 350-lb tongue weight capacity, it’s built to handle utility trailers, small campers, or extra cargo with confidence. Its sturdy, square-tube steel construction and precision, robotic welds keep everything steady and secure on the road.
You don’t need a lift or special equipment to get this hitch on your vehicle. The bolt-on install design uses included hardware and lines up cleanly without drilling or welding. The fit is custom to your vehicle’s frame, making alignment simple and straightforward for DIY installation in the driveway.
The gloss black powder coat finish over a protective base layer doesn’t just look sharp—it helps protect against rust and corrosion. Whether you’re towing through rain or winter road salt, the tough coating stands up to the elements and keeps the hitch looking new.
This 1-1/4" x 1-1/4" receiver accepts standard Class II towing accessories like ball mounts, bike racks, and cargo platforms. Drawbar, pin, and clip are sold separately so you can choose the setup that best fits your needs for trips, hauls, and weekend adventures.

10mm and 12mm is the size of the bolt shank. 15mm and 18mm are the size of the socket needed for the head.

I find that the hitch framework makes frequent contact with the ground when I enter or exit uneven driveways even without a trailer.
