This hasp can be installed so that the arm folds over the mounting plate. When mounted this way, there is no access to the mounting hardware when the hasp is closed and locked. This means that the hardware can't be tampered with to remove the hasp.
If more length is needed, the hasp can be opened and installed with the mounting plate visible.

Today we're gonna be taking a look at the panalock 00:00:03 hasp. Now, a hasp can be used for a variety of applications. This would be great for trailers, gates, sheds and many other uses. It's gonna feature the three hole mounting plate. Mounting hardware is not included. It's made from an electro-polish stainless steel construction, it's very strong and durable.
It's going to do a great job at resisting rust and corrosion. A few measurements to go over with real quick, starting with the overall length measuring from edge to edge. That's gonna give us a measurement of around 6 and 5/8 of an inch. With it folded over like this, it's gonna give us an overall length measurement of about 4 and 5/8 of an inch to 4 and 3/4. The overall width is gonna measure an inch and a half. The pin that it uses is gonna have a diameter of 3/16 of an inch.
The elongated hole as a length measurement of an inch and a quarter with a side to side measurement of 3/8 of an inch. The mounted holes all have a diameter of a quarter of an inch and they are beveled, that way your mounting hardware lays flush with that plate. Again, mounting hardware is not included. The mounting plate is gonna measure an inch and a half. Measuring from this corner right here to the edge or the other end, it's gonna be about 1 and 15/16 of an inch.
