Today we're going to take a look at the Fulton drive in grease cap. This one has the 2.567 outer diameter. Now this grease cap will tap on to the end of your hub on your axle, protects your wheel bearings from dirt and debris that would destroy your bearings. This is made of a twenty gauge steel construction, has a nice corrosion-resistant zinc plating over the whole cap. Again, this grease cap is designed to fit trailer hubs that have the 2.567 outer diameter. It is a drive in installation, this flange part right here is what'll be tapped into your hub and once it goes far enough to get to that lip right there, then it'll stop.
The quantity is for one. A few dimensions on this: the flange diameter, let's put a ruler on it, is edge to edge, so it's going to be right at 2.567. The flange length, which is the amount of flange you can see here that would go into the hub when you tap it in, .28 inches. And the overall height from the bottom to the very top, we put a ruler on that, it'll be right at 1.36 inches. But that should do it for the review of the Fulton drive in grease cap with the 2.567 outer diameter..
Good stuff
