I need tires for my Yamaha golf cart. What brand tire are these tires shown? Are the wheels machined or polished? Are center caps and lug nuts included? Primary use will be on asphalt, is this a good tire for that purpose?

Golf cart wheel/tire # LHAWG50JS10B from Lions Head consists of an Arisun bias-ply type Load Range B tire with a shallow tread in size 205/50-10 that is mated to a machined aluminum split-spoke wheel with a 4-on-4 wheel bolt pattern.
The entire wheel/tire assembly offers a 675-lb weight rating at its specified pressure of 30-psi and it carries an F speed rating, meaning it is good for speeds up to 50-mph. It is fully DOT-compliant and legal for on-road use. This is a excellent choice for use on asphalt surfaces.
The items does not include a grease cap or lug nuts. For a standard grease cap use # F001515. The wheel is intended for installation on 1/2-inch diameter 20-thread-per-inch studs. For lug nuts you can use # AM90049.
