Today we'll be taking a look at the 6 by 8 Erickson brown-green reversible tarp with a 10 by 10 weave, part number EM57030. It comes in a variety of sizes. See etrailer.com for your specific size. The tarp is an all-purpose tarp. You could use it for a variety of different applications. It's got a nice 10 by 10 weave for increased strength and durability.
It's got a polyethylene coat which is going to help against UV rays and mildew. It's got plastic reinforced corners that are going to help resist tearing. The tarp also includes these rust-resistant grommets which will be placed every three feet on the tarp so you'll have one in each corner and one in the middle on both sides. Our trailer here today has a variety of different sizes boxes on it. We chose the 6 by 8 tarp for this specific trailer. We'll go ahead and pull it out of the bag and drape it over our trailer.
The nice thing about this tarp is that it's reversible. We've got a nice brown color on top, and underneath, depending on what kind of application we're using it for, we've got green on this side. Now that we've got our tarp positioned over our cargo the way we want it let's go ahead and strap it down to our trailer. Here we have the 5"-long Erickson tie down with the s-hooks on either end. It's nice and short and it works great when our distance between our tarp and our trailer is not very big and still provides a secure fit. We'll hook that to our grommet and then underneath our trailer.

In all kinds of weather and terrain, this tarp has been great. It stands up to prickly briars, rocks, and tree roots. And it’s easy to spread out in the driveway, quickly hose off and then fold up and stow for our next outing. Great quality!

I am very pleased with the urgency that my order received and it was especially well packaged. The mechanics of the aforementioned were superior.
My only regret is that web information did not go into the details of the tarp. It was marked as a medium weight on the cover sheet that accompanied the tarp. In my field of construction it would not be rated more than a light weight composite. It will serve its immediate need but must be treated with care because the grommets will dislodge quickly so my workers must be careful.
