When you’re hauling gear or equipment, you need a wheel that won’t flinch under weight. This 17" x 9" aluminum wheel is rated for 2,200 lbs, offering strength and stability for serious towing. It meets DOT specifications, so you can count on dependable performance every time you roll out.
Corrosion is the enemy of longevity, but this wheel’s rustproof aluminum build keeps it looking clean and performing strong. Both the front and back are clear coated to protect the Stealth Series S37 matte black finish from road grime, moisture, and age. It’s a combination that blends durability with sharp style.
If you care how your setup looks as much as how it performs, this design nails both. The open-spoke pattern in matte black gives off a bold, modern vibe while keeping things lightweight. The included center cap completes the look so everything feels high-end and ready to show off.
Getting the right fit matters for balance and straight tracking. This wheel uses the common 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern with a +10 mm offset, a 78.1 mm pilot diameter, and accepts 1/2"-20 wheel bolts. The precision specs make mounting straightforward and ensure your setup sits just right without guesswork.

1. Count the lug holes
Look at the wheel hub or the back of the wheel and count how many lug holes there are(also called bolt holes).
Common configurations include: 4-lug, 5-lug, 6-lug and 8 lug
2a. For even lug counts (4-lug, 6-lug, 8-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole directly across to the center of the hole opposite it.
Common configurations: 4 on 4", 6 on 5.5", 8 on 6.5"
2b. For odd lug counts (5-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole to the outer edge of the hole directly across (not center-to-center since there's no directly opposite hole).
Common configurations: 5 on 4.5" (most popular), 5 on 5", 5 on 4.75", 5 on 5.5"

Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at the Sendel 17 inch by nine inch Matte Black Stealth Series S37 Aluminum Wheel with an offset and dual bolt patterns. Now this 17 by nine aluminum wheel will offer you a dual bolt pattern. If I spin it around here, you'll be able to see it. It'll get you a bolt pattern, either five on four and a half inches, or five on five inches.
So it is designed to fit many different types of trailers, including flatbed, utility, snowmobile, boat, travel horse, and even gooseneck trailers. The aluminum wheel itself is durable, lightweight, and rustproof. We mention it's a Sendel Stealth Series S37, which you can see is an open five spoke design, and it has an all matte black finish to it. The front and the back of the wheel are all clear coated to protect against scuffs and scratches. Now on the front, if you notice, it does include this matte black center cap that'll cover the lug holes that you're not using.
So depending on which bolt pattern you use, you can just turn this cap here and line it up to the holes that you'll be using. That's also a nice feature, now this whole cap can be removed. They include this removal tool here that you can put behind there and pop that cap off to access your lugs. But also the center portion of the center cap, that also can be popped out in case you have an EZ Lube axle that you need to access too. This is a high quality wheel.
It does need the DOT, Department of Transportation specifications. Few dimensions on this, the diameter on the wheel, which will always be measured inside the inside. If we take our tape measure, you'll be able to see there's your 17 inch diameter. The width on the wheel when you measure that is the same way, it's inside the inside or bead seat to bead seat. There's your nine inch measurement for the width.
Now, we mentioned the bolt pattern on this wheel, you can line it to be either a five on four and a half inch, or a five on five inch bolt pattern. The wheel does have a slight positive offset of 10 millimeters. The wheel lug size that choose on this is a half inch by 20. Now the hub diameter, which is the diameter of this opening here, that goes over your hub. Right over here, the diameter of this is 78.1 millimeters. And the load capacity on this wheel is 2,200 pounds. But that should do it for a look at the Sendel 17 inch by nine inch Matte Black Stealth Series S37 Aluminum Wheel with an offset and the dual bolt pattern.
