You may have a 5,200lb Dexter axle, which has the 3" diameter that you seem to have. Recommended U-Bolt Plates and U-Bolts For 7000lb Axles With 2 Wide Springs
I have another option for you, but the CE Smith U-Bolt Kit # CE23003 you were looking at is designed for 1-3/4" springs and will not fit with your 2" wide springs. Instead you will need two of the U-Bolt plate # TRTP300200 per axle, and two of the U-Bolts # CE15287GA for each axle. This will fit your 7000lb axles perfectly, and will be what you need to connect them to your leaf springs.

Yes, it does. I checked with Roadmaster and the Comfort Ride Leaf Spring Suspension Kit item # RM-2460-2570 will work with your Luxury Lifestyle 5th wheels 33-1/2" axle spread. Your 7,000 lbs axles should be 3" diameter so this is definitely the kit you will need. The included slipper springs are 27" long. This will be a noticeable suspension upgrade for you. Replacement Suspension Parts for 18 Utility Trailer
If you have a serial number on your trailer axle or a plate or sticker on it that will list the VIN number, you can completely confirm your axle capacity but a 3" axle measurement would usually indicate a 5,200lbs or 6,000lbs axle. The Tandem-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit for Double Eye Springs # APT5 would be a sufficient capacity kit this application. For leaf springs, #PR4 is for a 4,000lb axle and maybe underrated.
