Question:

Will this u-bolt and leaf spring plates work on a 2 inch leaf spring .? I’ve noticed other similar kits say they will work on 1 and 3/4 inch leaf springs I have 2 inch leaf springs and this kit includes the exact size u bolts I’m looking for I ordered two new 7000 pound axels from y’all and all I have left is to find the mounting hardware any help will be appreciated thanks

I have another option for you, but the CE Smith U-Bolt Kit # CE23003 you were looking at is designed for 1-3/4" springs and will not fit with your 2" wide springs.

Instead you will need two of the U-Bolt plate # TRTP300200 per axle, and two of the U-Bolts # CE15287GA for each axle.

This will fit your 7000lb axles perfectly, and will be what you need to connect them to your leaf springs.
