This identification light kit uses three 3/4" round red LEDs that are far brighter and more efficient than old-style incandescent bulbs. The LEDs draw only 0.047 amps at 12.8 volts, making them easy on your trailer’s electrical system while keeping you clearly visible at night. Each light brightens when the brake pedal is pressed, so other drivers instantly see your signals. With no fragile filaments to burn out, these LEDs last up to 50 times longer and never need bulb replacements.
Water can ruin most trailer lights, but not these. Each light’s polycarbonate housing and lens are sonically sealed together to create a single waterproof unit that’s fully submersible. Whether you’re launching a boat or driving in heavy rain, water won’t sneak in and cause corrosion or short out the diodes. The integrated harness makes installation straightforward. It comes with a white wire for ground, a black wire for tail light power, and a red wire for the brake light function. Each light recess-mounts using the included black grommet, so everything fits tight and clean. You’ll need a 3/4" diameter hole for each light—just right for a snug fit that keeps the housing secure without sticking out awkwardly.
