Are The Lights on The Identification Light Kit # MCL22RK3B Going To Stick Out Like In The Images?

Question:
The pictures and video shows these as sticking out Not flush. Then one picture shows them flush. Which is it? I do not want them sticking out. Thanks

Most of the pictures for the Identification Light Kit # MCL22RK3B do show the lights sticking out of the grommets as they are simply not pushed in. The lights will end up sitting in further but not quite flush as seen in the image below.
