on this kit does the break wire hook up to the blue break wire on 7 pin rv plug.

The Identification Light Kit item # MCL22RK3B does not hook up to the blue brake wire on the 7 pin. The kit has a white wire for grounding, a black wire for the tail lights, and a red wire that connects to brake lights.
