Today were going to review part number YR530R-9P. This is the Yates ribbed wobble roller. This part will replace one wobble or rocker roller on the roller bunk assembly of your boat trailer. Provides additional traction thanks to the ribbed design which is great for slick or slimy hulls. This part is constructed of a heavy duty rubber. It is made in the USA.

Dimensions on this it is three inches wide. It has a diameter of five inches. The application is on a roller bunk that has a one and one eighths inch diameter shaft. In other words this measurement right in here is one and one eighths inch diameter. That should do it for part number YR530R-9P..

I gotta say that you guys from etrailer.com is a lot cheaper than who I were dealing with ,I am doing a project that it is taking 12 tires like this, I orderd 8 from someone else wished I knew about you guys before I got them other 8, didn't take long to get what I orderd, thanks guys... you are the best, I will give you a 10 star rating if the stars went to 10... thanks again... The dimensional description of the rollers I purchased was accurate. I replaced a few rollers on my EZ Loader trailer and the ones that were on it are a little narrower so I needed to grind out an eighth of an inch from the hub on both sides. This was the best deal I could find. Other places had cheaper prices but the shipping costs were insane. The turn around time was very quick. I am very pleased with etrailer and I will use them again with no reservations.

Replacement Wobble Rollers for a LoadRite Boat Trailer
CE Smith wobble roller set # CE29210 is listed as a direct replacement for the OEM rollers on LoadRite trailers as well as several other makes. These rollers fit 3/4 inch and 1-1/8 inch roller shafts. they have a diameter of 5 inches and are 3 inches wide. The width at the center hub is 1-1/2 inches. Should Washers Be Used When Installing Replacement Wobble Rollers on Boat Trailer
Yes, you will want to use washers with your new wobble rollers in between the edges of the roller and the pal nut or c-clip that secures it to the shaft. The washers will protect the roller from abrasion on those items.

Replacement Wobble Rollers for LoadRite Boat Trailer
The center hole of the Yates Ribbed Wobble Roller # YR530R-9P has an inside diameter of just under 1-1/4" which allows it to fit a 1-1/8" shaft. There is also the CE Smith Ribbed Wobble Rollers for Boat Trailers # CE29210 which has removable bushings allowing it to fit 3/4" AND 1-1/8" diameter shafts; these wobble rollers are also direct replacement for OEM rollers on LoadRite boat trailers.

Do Boat Trailer Wobble Rollers Have Weight Capacities
Wobble rollers such as # YR530R-9P do not have a weight rating. Usually you use more than one roller so the weight of the boat would be distributed a little more amongst all the rollers/bunks used so the amount of weight on any one roller would be less than the total weight of the boat. Provided that all of the weight isn't resting on this one roller then yes, it can be used with a boat weighing 5,000 pounds. I have linked a video review of this roller for you.

To use the Yates Ribbed Wobble Roller - Heavy-Duty Rubber - 5" Diameter - 1-1/8" Shaft # YR530R-9P for your application, you may want to add the 1-1/8 inch bearings you mentioned and put them on a rod. I've attached a photo of that bearing in the roller wheel. The Yates Ribbed Wobble Roller - Heavy-Duty Rubber - 5" Diameter - 1-1/8" Shaft # YR530R-9P is normally retained with the CE Smith Wobble Roller Retainer Ring - Zinc-Plated Steel - Qty 1 # CE10981 along with the CE Smith Wobble Roller Washer for 1-1/8" Shaft - Zinc-Plated Steel # CE10982. This is the only retainer ring we carry with the exception of the ones that come with the Angled Hog Ring Pliers # PTW88003.

Wobble Rollers to Fit 1990 Series Load Rite Trailer
For your application the rollers part # YR530R-9P will work well. The shaft diameter matches so they will fit your trailer and the dimensions of the rollers are close enough to what you have currently that they will work as well. We haven't had anyone with your exact trailer come back and say it worked, but the fit for these is based on dimensions and this roller matches what you would need.
