Today we're going to be taking a look at the Yates Bow Roller for Boat Trailers. This replaces on bow roller on your trailer. It eases loading and unloading of your boat. It supports the front-end of the boat as it sits on your trailer. It's also going to help absorb road shock while the boat is being towed. This is constructed of a blue thermal plasticized rubber. That's TPR.
It's a non-marking, non-scratching material that's stronger and more durable than traditional rubber. It's also softer and more pliant that polyurethane. The product's made right here in the USA. This is designed for a 3-inch wide bracket with a half inch diameter shaft. That's the diameter of the hole right here at the center. We'll go over a few more measurements. Overall length, edge to edge, is going to be 3 inches.
Diameter measurement, edge to edge, is also 3 inches. If we measure from this point here, this inside edge to the same point on the other side . that's going to give us a measurement of about 2 and 1/4 of an inch. This flat part right here at the center, that's going to give us a width measurement of about 1 inch wide. That's going to do it for today's look at the Yates Bow Roller for Boat Trailers.

A very good product that I would recommend them to anybody.
It worked until the customer didn't load the boat right and gouged it all up. When saw it I asked what had happened, "I'm not sure". I can only repair them, can't follow them around!
After one season of use, this did not stand up any better than the cheaper black rubber ones I used to use. Will switch back to the cheaper ones again.
Ok product, I gambled thinking it might work but didn't. Good price that's why I put in cart with the other products I needed. Wish it had inside measurement.

Work like a charm. Replaced black rubber bow rollers. These are much better.
Direct swap for old sun baked 3" bow roller. Installs in seconds. Looks alot better. Boat isn't on trailer currently but feel much better knowing this won't fall apart next time the bow hits it.

I used this roller for my anchor winch as a replacement for a broken wheel. Perfect replacement due to all measurements provided by etrailer of their roller vs my broken pulley wheel.
This is not the only item I ordered. I also ordered the Yates Bow Roller- Item: YR 300B. Was told that when I placed my order (did by calling Etrailer), that it would take up to 10 days to receive it. Well, order was placed on Nov. 1st, received order on Nov. 3rd. 2 days to get it, now that's what I call fast service.
Both parts ordered fit my trailer with no problems what-so-ever. It looks better on my trailer that that ugly black roller that left black marks on my hull.
