Keep your boat looking sharp and loading smooth with this non-marking TPO bow roller. It installs fast, holds up in the sun and cold, and keeps your boat centered so you spend less time scrubbing and more time on the water.
A perfect weekend on the water doesn't have to start by discovering black streaks across the front of your boat. Rubber rollers that come with your boat trailer are usually the culprit. This non-marking TPO roller solves that problem for good. It protects the finish, keeps your bow looking sharp, and saves you the hassle of cleaning up before every trip. It's a simple swap that pays off every time you launch.
Choosing between roller materials shouldn't feel like decoding a chemistry book, so here's the breakdown: TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) is what this Caliber roller is made from, and it's built tough. It handles sunlight, chemicals, and heat like a champ. That means it won't fade, crack, or warp in the sun, and it won't soften up or get slick when exposed to oils or cleaners. TPR (Thermoplastic Rubber) is common in rollers from other brands. It's soft and flexible, which can make it easier to mold during manufacturing, but that softness can wear down faster under load. It also tends to leave marks on lighter hulls and doesn't resist UV rays as well as TPO does. If you boat often, park in the sun, or just want something that's going to last several seasons, go with TPO. If you don't mind replacing rollers more frequently or if you're only doing occasional launches, TPR will do just fine for you.
Sunlight, water, weather, and chemicals can wear down rollers faster than you think, especially the cheap ones. This TPO roller holds its shape, resists cracking, and won't dry out like rubber does. That means fewer replacements, less frustration, and more peace of mind every time you hook up the trailer.
Loading a boat solo or in windy conditions? We've all had those moments where things don't line up quite right. The spool design guides the bow into place smoothly, even when conditions aren't perfect. It takes the pressure off and helps everything feel a little more under control.
Some rollers get stiff and brittle when the temps drop. TPO stays flexible and strong, so whether you're launching in early spring, late fall, or going gigging in the winter, your setup won't slow you down.

Hi, everybody, Steve here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look at our Caliber three inch spool roller for your boat trailers with a half inch shaft, and it's made of a TPO black material. So, folks, this does replace that dry rotted or cracked bow roller. It supports the keel of the boat while it's on the trailer itself. It has that half inch shaft. It's ideal for flat bottom boats.
And this is made of a TPO material. It performs way better than PVC or rubber, especially in cold weather, and it's not gonna scratch or hole. Now, I'm counting this little bitty lip. You can kinda see 'em both sticking out on both sides. I got right at that three inch wide mark.
And then diameter of this roller overall, I got right at two and 7/8 of an inch, and, of course, that shaft hole standard half inch. So, again, this is gonna work with those three inch wide roller brackets. Well, that's gonna wrap it up, folks. I'm Steven. Thanks for watching and have a great day.

Perfect, i am refurbishing my boat trailer after setting for 30 years. It came fast too!
