When you need quick access to your gear or want to carry something tall, the JackRabbit makes it easy. The cover retracts automatically with a turn of the handle thanks to the built-in tension spring, and it rolls smoothly into the angled canister at the front of the bed. You can stop it every 12" along the rails or lock it at any point for partial coverage. The stored cover doesn’t block your rear window, so you keep full visibility even when it’s open.

Rain, sun, or snow—this cover handles it all. The deck combines a vinyl top layer bonded to rigid aluminum panels for strength and weather resistance. It has the smooth look of a soft cover but the security of a hard one. Foam seals under the rails and a large seal at the tailgate help keep out water and debris while maintaining a clean, finished appearance. The matte black finish on the rails and canister blends in nicely with the truck bed for an OE-style look.

Keeping cargo safe is simple with the built-in key latch that locks anywhere along the rails. When used with a locked tailgate, the heavy-gauge aluminum panels create a solid barrier that’s tough to pry open or puncture. Whether you’re hauling tools or luggage, the JackRabbit keeps everything protected from both weather and theft. Two keys are included for convenience.
The angled canister protects the retracted cover from dirt and weather while leaving more usable space in your bed. A built-in water management system channels excess moisture into drain tubes that route through the bed floor, helping prevent freezing or pooling in cold or wet conditions. The aerodynamic, flush-mount design also cuts wind drag, which can help improve gas mileage when closed.

Installing the JackRabbit doesn’t require drilling or special tools. The canister bolts to the rails, and each side secures with two clamps under the bed rail lip. Drain tubes connect easily to factory holes in the bed floor. Once mounted, you get a low-profile cover that opens and closes effortlessly without removing anything from your truck bed.

Had an issue with cover ping out but called costumer support and they were great. He reminded me to check the fasteners and he was spot on. Tighten up and cured my issues. Would buy it again. Love the look and operation.

Bed cover is still working great after a year. Only downside is the amount of space that it takes up in the bed.

Still looks and works great. The rubber seal at the rear is easy to knock out of the track, Ive done it three or four times now, and it is a little bit of a pain to get it back in the track. I may RTV it in place. The truck rarely sees rain, Ive road tripped it to Colorado twice, Texas once, and Phoenix once with this tonneau on. Everything in the bed stayed dry and clean. I caught snow twice on those road trips, once in Steamboat and once in Flagstaff. Usually if the truck is not on the road it lives in the garage, but it did spend two months outside this winter when I had two dailies breakdown, washed it and Armoralled it and it looks good as new again.

Still good, but tough to keep it sliding smoothly, it leaks a lot fore and aft, has a tendency to be hard to unlock binds on the passenger side, but still gets out of the way for the fifth wheel, covers front part of bed while towing, and still looks great. I am not aware of a better product that will do what I need and fix the issues I have with this one.

Great, this is my second Tonneau cover from etrailer. The first cover was sold on a 2021 Ram and my Second tonneau cover is on a 2024 Chevy Silverado 3500 that currently up for sale. Both covers worked flawlessly.

its been a year. I like the cover but it does have some issues with the latch not connecting correctly. I would rate the cover a 7.5 out of 10. Mostly keeps items dry unless it is a hard rain.

After a year of service the tonneau is still working like new. No mechanical issues and I do clean it and apply 303 every month. Im very pleased with it.

Good choice with the JackRabbit, Howard! I've had one on my Silverado since 2018 and it's still holding up quite well. One piece of advice though, don't shove something like a bookcase into it when it isn't opened up all the way. I sorta kinda maybe did that and have to finesse it to get it completely open now. It still works though. : P I have heard they can be a bit of a pain to install, but I had our installers handle that. So I guess I cheated a little. What are you keeping in your bed?
