Mounting Kit for Factory Springs Over the Axle

An additional mounting kit is included for installation on suspensions with leaf springs that sit above the axle. This mounting kit ensures that the SuperSprings operate silently when your vehicle isn't loaded. The brackets in the mounting kit act as fulcrum points on the underside of the SuperSprings. Furthermore, the shackles at the ends of the SuperSprings hold the spring in place and pivot as the load is transferred to the SuperSprings. Because there is minimal preload tension in the installed SuperSprings, you get a quieter ride.

SuperSprings Suspension Enchancement

These additional leaf springs add support and sway control to your existing factory suspension. Just bolt on SuperSprings over your factory springs, and they automatically work when you need them. As the factory spring flexes, a roller at each end of the sturdy helper spring reacts to engage the helper spring and to provide extra support. The springs help to better distribute cargo weight throughout your existing suspension, channeling that weight to the points on the frame that are designed to support heavy loads.

Placing these leaf springs above your factory springs helps to keep your factory springs from twisting, so the SuperSprings act like a sway bar, reducing the body roll that makes driving more difficult and dangerous. • To maintain the factory ride and reduce the effect on your ride height, install using the lower bolt holes
• To balance support, height, and ride comfort, install using the upper hole on one end and the lower hole on the other
