COMING SOON! Micro-cellular trailer suspension springs mount above the leaf springs to create a cushion between the axle and frame, reducing bounce, hop, and sway while towing.
Bridge transitions, potholes, and uneven pavement can keep your trailer bouncing after the initial hit. Micro-cellular suspension springs create a cushion between the axle and frame to reduce bounce, hop, and sway while towing. Your trailer settles with less repeated suspension movement as the road gets rough.
Repeated suspension impacts can work their way into your trailer's body, frame, windows, doors, closets, and mounted TVs. Cushioning axle-to-frame movement reduces the wear reaching those components. More of the trailer stays controlled while you're towing instead of absorbing every suspension hit directly.
Loaded trailers need added support when suspension movement increases. Each spring is rated for 4,400 lbs at 50% compression, giving your suspension a defined level of support as the spring compresses. Your trailer keeps added suspension support available when load and road movement push the axle closer to the frame.
Suspension layouts can leave the spring assembly slightly off-center beneath your trailer's frame. Each spring adjusts side to side on its mounting bracket so it can be centered beneath the frame. That adjustment lets you position the spring where it needs to contact during suspension movement.
Loose or shifting suspension hardware can undermine how a helper spring works in use. Mounting brackets and clamp plates secure each spring assembly directly to your trailer's leaf springs. Once mounted, the assembly stays fixed at the suspension point where it's intended to cushion axle-to-frame movement.
