Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at this Pacbrake Alpha HD rear axle double convoluted airbag suspension kit. Now, this kit has been designed for your 2015 and newer Ford E-Series Cutaway E-450, and then your 2008 to 2014 Ford Van E-450. And these are for the Class C motorhomes. Now, on my table, I just have the bags here, kind of loosely assembled with the brackets, but this does come with a complete hardware kit. And so, on your screen, I'm showing you all the hardware that's going to be included with this. I just didn't want to pile it up here on my table. I thought this photo would give you a clear review of what you're gonna be getting. So the idea here is, you're gonna have basically everything that you need to install this into place.

But as you know, class C motorhomes do tend to ride heavy, especially when you're loaded up with water and gear and passengers, basically having all the comforts of home. And those factory leaf springs are gonna often sag under all that weight. And what that's going to do is lead to poor handling, rear end squat and excessive sway on uneven roads. These springs are gonna add up to 5,000 pounds of rear axle support, helping you to stay level and composed no matter how much weight you're carrying. So that's gonna mean more control in crosswinds, better braking on descents, and a flatter, more confident ride through the curves.

But as you know, not every trip loads the same. Sometimes you're gonna have full water tanks and passengers aboard. Other times, you might be traveling light. So these air springs are gonna let you adjust your ride to match the moment. And with air pressure from five to 100 PSI, you're just gonna add air when you need extra firmness and support and then let out air for a smoother ride when you're empty.

The manual inflation valves here are gonna make it very easy to tune your suspension at the campsite or on the road. No onboard system is required. It's gonna be a very simple way to control your motorhome's handling, comfort, and stability. Also, class C motorhomes do rack up serious mileage and they see it all, rough roads, weather swings, back to back driving days. That's why these springs are really, they're overbuilt for long term use. These airbags are reinforced with 20 internal wires for strength and stability. You can't see them, but on each end, there's one-inch thick end caps and they're gonna help resist corrosion and daily wear. And then, we have these heavy duty roll plates on either end and then these powder-coated steel brackets, and all this is going to do a great job of fighting off rust, corrosion, basically protecting your investment over the long haul. So whether you're going after the warm weather or heading into the mountains, this system is gonna be built to handle all of it. These precision, laser-cut, custom-fit brackets are designed to bolt cleanly to your classy motorhome's existing mounting points without welding or drilling to your frame. And this kit is designed to work with your setup right now and wherever your upgrades may take you down the road. Again, you're gonna be able to inflate manually with the standard air valves right out of the box. No extra parts needed. But if you already have an onboard compressor, this is going to connect easily to most existing setups. But then, maybe you're planning for an in-cab wireless controller down the road. That's not gonna be a problem because with this system, you are laying the foundation for upgrades later on. As I mentioned, this is going to have a load support of up to 5,000 pounds. But do be aware of the fact that this is not going to actually increase your motorhome's weight carrying capacity. So you wanna make sure that you're not exceeding the manufacturer's recommended weight limit.
