Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at this Pacbrake Alpha XD Pro rear axle double convoluted airbag suspension kit with internal jounce bumpers. Now this kit has been designed to fit your 2013 to 2018 Ram 2500 and 3500 and Mega Cab, and this is compatible with the 3349 and the 3319 SuperGlide fifth wheel rail kits on four wheel drive models only. So as you know, when the load gets heavy, your truck is going to need more than just the rear springs hanging on for dear life.

These airbags are going to add up to 7,500 pounds of rear axle support, keeping your truck level and steady even when your trailer is loaded, the bed is packed, and the miles are long. So no more rear end sag throwing off your braking and steering or headlights pointing up into the sky. Now bottoming out doesn't just feel rough, it could actually wreck your airbags. That's why this system includes jounce bumpers inside each bag. So even with no air pressure, your suspension has a built-in safety net so you can safely run at zero PSI when unloaded, which means no harsh rebound, just that smooth factory style ride.

And every haul is different. That's why these springs give you full control over your ride height and firmness with adjustable air pressure from five to 100 PSI. So hauling a fifth wheel or a full bed of gravel, all you gotta do is crank up the air pressure in these bags, and then when you're unloaded and heading home, you can release the pressure and back it down for a softer ride. With the manual inflation valves, and let me turn this one around just so you can see it, the bracket's hiding it, with these valves included, you can tune your suspension for whatever you're going to need that particular day. So extreme hauling demands extreme durability.

These springs are built with one inch thick corrosion resistant end caps, which you can't see because of these roll plates. But I do kind of have these loosely assembled here just to kind of give you an idea of how everything's gonna go together and what it's gonna look like underneath your truck. It's also been reinforced with 20 internal support wires for maximum strength under a load. And then these heavy duty roll plates on the top and the bottom, they're going to protect the bags from chafing and help extend their lifespan. These brackets are powder coated, so they're gonna fight back against rust, corrosion, road salt in rough seasons.

So if it's bitter cold or if you're driving through a scorching hot day or a mud slick job site, this system is made to outlast whatever the road is going to give you mile after mile and load after load. And I have dealt with other manufacturer's airbag kits, and this, in my opinion, is one of the best kits that I've seen in regards to the build quality, the fit and finish, the materials with the airbags, and the powder coating on the brackets themselves. They just speak of high quality, very premium materials that I think are gonna last you a long time. Very durable, very robust, and I'm very impressed with the build quality. These precision laser cut brackets are going to be designed to bolt cleanly to your truck's existing mounting points. You're not gonna have to worry about welding or drilling into your frame. And this kit is designed to work with what you've got going on today on your truck. Wherever your upgrades take you tomorrow, this is gonna work as well. But out of the box, you're gonna be able to inflate these manually with the standard air valves. And you're not gonna need any extra parts. But if you already have an onboard compressor, these are gonna connect easily to most existing setups. But if you're planning for an in-cab wireless controller, let's say, down the road, that's not gonna be an issue because the foundation is already built in with this kit. So it's gonna be easy to expand your control options when you're ready. So this includes everything that you see here on my table before me, the hardware, the brackets, the airline, everything that you're gonna need to get this installed along with instructions. Again, the load support is up to 7,500 pounds, but this does not actually increase the weight capacity of your truck. So you do wanna make sure that you're not exceeding your manufacturer's recommended weight limit.
