Ride Control gives the suspension system on your light-to-medium-duty truck, van or SUV unrivaled support. With these air springs installed, you'll experience the same comfortable, smooth and safe ride that you're used to enjoying when you're not hauling. Plus, Ride Control reduces the strain that heavy loads can put on your vehicle, saving you money in potential repairs.

Everything on your vehicle suffers from the stress of hauling or towing heavy loads - your brakes, your tires and your handling ability. Even your headlight aim can be thrown off. Without some kind of reinforcement for your factory suspension system, you could be putting the life expectancy of your vehicle at risk. Air Lift's adjustable air spring kit, Ride Control, gives your suspension the extra support it needs when you are carrying heavy cargo. By providing equal load distribution, Ride Control lessens the stress that your truck has to endure.

Ride Control's air bags are adjustable from 5 to 100 psi, so you can get the perfect amount of support for any size load. And the springs can be inflated independently of one another for front-to-rear and side-to-side leveling. The system's also easy to install and even easier to maintain.

Ride Control comes with manual inflation valves that are typically mounted on the bumper but can be installed anywhere on your vehicle for easy access. For even more convenience and control, you can add a compressor and gauge system (sold separately), which will let you monitor and automatically inflate your air springs.

An exclusive alignment tool is included with your Ride Control kit. This tool allows you to install each air spring so that it is centered perfectly between your vehicle's leaf spring and frame. This helps to prevent damaged caused by the spring rubbing against underbed components, ensuring lasting suspension support.

Air Lift kits are designed to keep your vehicle at normal ride height. You can find the normal ride height of your vehicle by unloading it and measuring the distance between the bottom edge of your wheel well and the center of the hub. After you find and record this distance, you can regulate the amount of air that you put into your air springs to maintain normal ride height - even when you are hauling a heavy load. You will need to adjust the air pressure in your air bags according to the size of your load.

These adjustable air springs come with a lifetime warranty with no mileage restrictions. In addition, Air Lift is so sure that you will benefit from their air spring suspension system that they offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. Install and use Ride Control springs for 60 days, and if you are not satisfied at the end of this time, you can remove them from your vehicle and return them for a full product refund. Now that's confidence.

Video Transcript for Review of the Air Lift Ride Control Air Helper Springs

Today we're gonna take a look at the Air Lift Ride Control Air Helper Springs for the rear axle. This is a custom fit part, it is designed to fit the 1995 to 2004 Toyota Tacoma trucks. And on a custom fit part like this, I always like to recommend for you to go to our website, use the fit guide, put in your year and model vehicle, and it will show you if this will work for your application. Now these springs will provide your vehicle with up to 2,000 pounds of load leveling support, reducing strain on your rear suspension, and improving both safety and ride quality. These are designed for light to medium duty trucks, vans, and SUVs with leaf springs. These will help keep your vehicle level when you're hauling a heavy load. It helps improve steering and braking performance, and it will help to maintain safe head lighting.

They will help keep your tires from wearing unevenly, and these do let you manually adjust air pressure to get even load distribution and support that you need. You can level your vehicle front to rear, and you can inflate each spring independently for side to side leveling of any off center loads. They do help reduce the strain on your OEM suspension that can be caused by extremely heavy loads. They do improve over all stability and ride quality, helps diminish sway and absorb road shock for a nice smooth ride. Now, these do install between your vehicle's frame and its leaf springs. They do include manual inflation valves, which are typically mounted on your bumper for easy access.

It does include everything laid out here on the table, the two air springs themselves, all the mounting brackets you need, the mounting hardware, an alignment tool, airline tubing, the Schroeder valves for manual inflation. Now you could add an air compressor system with in cab gauges. We do sell those items separately on our website. And that will help you monitor, and automatically adjust the air pressure in your cab. These parts are made in the USA.A few specs on them, the load leveling capacity is up to 2,000 pounds. Now these ride control springs will not increase your vehicle's weight carrying capacity, so you do want to make sure not to exceed the manufacturer's recommended weight limit.

Adjustable air pressure for these springs is five PSI to one hundred PSI.But that should do it, for the review on the Air Lift Ride Control Air Helper Springs for the rear axle.

  • What's the Difference in Air Lift Kits for a 2001 Toyota Tacoma?
Hey Taylor! The Air Lift item # AL59537 only fits the Pre-Runner models of the 2001 Toyota Tacoma. The Air Lift item # AL59503 fits both the Pre-Runner and standard not Pre-Runner models. Other than that, nothing, they both have the same 2,000 lbs capacity. I recommend adding the Firestone Air Command item # F2610 to your truck. This onboard compressor will allow you to adjust the PSI in your air bags from your phone. What model is your 2001 Toyota Tacoma?

  • Recommended Air Suspension Systems For 2004 Toyota Tacoma With 1-1/2 Inch Lift On Leaf Springs
You are correct. The Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs, part # F2304 do require spacers like part # F2536 since you have a 1-1/2 inch lift on your 2004 Tacoma. This system has a load-leveling capacity of 4,800-lbs and helps reduce the strain on your suspension. The Air lift Air Ride system that is designed to work with your Tacoma is part # AL59537. This system has a load leveling capacity of 2,000-lbs. No spacers are needed with this system because the bottom bracket attaches directly...

  • Is the Air Lift Ride Control Air Helper Springs a Complete Kit for a 2001 Toyota Tacoma
The Air Lift Ride Control Air Helper Springs, # AL59537, is a complete kit for your 2001 Toyota Tacoma, however, some drilling will be necessary. If you haul heavy loads with your truck, then it is recommended to install a spacer on the jounce bumper strike plate. The spacer is provided, but you will need to drill a 3/8 inch hole in the jounce bumper strike plate to install the spacer. You will also have to drill into the sides of the frame rail to install the upper bracket. There will...
