The flush design keeps the crossbars tight to the roofline, giving your setup a sleek, from-the-factory style. Nothing sticks out past the feet, so the rack blends in cleanly and stays aerodynamic. The WingBar Edge looks built-in rather than added on, keeping your vehicle’s lines smooth and balanced.
Long drives can turn noisy when air catches the wrong edge. These aero-style crossbars are designed to keep that in check. Their shape helps reduce wind noise and vibration while you’re cruising, and the split rubber strips in the top channels fill the gaps to block out extra whistling. It’s a quieter ride without any makeshift fixes.
Whether it’s kayaks, skis, or a cargo box full of camping gear, these bars are ready for it all. The top channels accept channel-mount accessories, and they also work with clamp-on mounts, so you can use what you already have. That means fewer compatibility worries and more time loading up for your next outing.
Some racks make you trim rubber strips before adding gear—these don’t. The split strips let you slide accessories right into place without cutting anything. When you’re done, they close back up around the mount, helping seal against wind and weather while keeping installation simple.
If you want extra peace of mind when leaving your setup unattended, you can add Thule’s One-Key System (sold separately). It lets you lock both the rack and your channel-mounted gear with a single key. It’s an easy upgrade that keeps your investment secure wherever you park.

It took me a VERY long time to figure out what I needed to mount my Hullivator on my 22 Subaru Outback Limited. I bought the wrong parts on round 1, and finally after 2 yrs of frustration, asked AI what I needed. I don't entirely trust AI, but it got me on the right track. I asked the 'chat' person on etrailer about the AI suggestion, and the gal who helped me, Autumn, said the feet part was correct, but to use this fit kit. I ordered it immediately. Today was the day. Of note, this fit kit has specific parts for the front and rear passenger side and front and rear driver side. Pay attention to the photo directions!! The parts are different for each side. On my Outback, they mount at 69cm apart. The cladding and design of the Outback roof system leaves much to be desired, but this worked and I'm looking forward to FINALLY using my Hullivator.
For XXX bucks I thought it would include the keys. Not plastic plugs. Instructions say it should have key. They even talk about how to store the key. My advice to anyone is buy it directly from dealer.
We bought a new vehicle that we already had several Thule accessories for. Purchased the fit kit for our Tahoe along with the Flush Rail feet and they fit perfectly.
One year in, this fit kit and the whole system have worked very well on my Kia EV6.
I miss the simplicity, in terms of cost as well as installation and removal, of the old Thule rectangular-bar racks, but this system looks better, is quiet, won't sag, and seems more robust.
Initially I was worried that I good not get a good Roof Rack configuration to match my 2022 Kia Telluride. When I asked etrailer for some assistance on the configuration, Jon was quick to reply with an excellent solution. He definitely knew the products. Unfortunately, my initial shipment was damaged but Gwen and team quickly got me replacements in the mail. I have received and installed all components and couldn't be more satisfied.
This "fit kit" from THULE does not impress me much. It does not sit flush with the roof rails of my 2021 Toyota highlander, doesn't really line up with the openings on the flush mount rails, and only attaches to the vehicle via one bolt at each of the 4 mounting locations. In that sense it's inferior to even the OEM toyota roof rack mount.
