When you’re driving down the highway, wind noise can get old fast. The aero-style aluminum bars are shaped to smooth airflow and help reduce that noise and vibration. Split rubber strips in the top channels close around your accessories without trimming, sealing out extra wind while you drive.
This rack is ready for whatever you’re hauling—kayaks, cargo boxes, or snow gear. The bars work with both channel-mount and clamp-on accessories, giving you flexibility to use the mounts you already have or try new ones. It's an easy way to switch between summer and winter adventures without changing your setup.
Some racks make you cut rubber strips just to install gear. These don’t. The split-strip design lets you slide mounts right into the top channels—no trimming required. Once your accessory is in place, the strip closes back up around it to help block wind and weather.
You can add Thule’s One-Key System locks (sold separately) to secure both the rack and any channel-mounted gear. It’s a simple upgrade that helps deter theft when you’re parked overnight at a campground or trailhead.

Easy to install, strong product. I only wish I had known it didn't include locks.

The product is exactly as described and works great. What really stands out, though, is E-Trailer itself. I've bought from them many times over the years, and every single order has been handled with remarkable pricing, clear communication, and flawless execution.
While I secured a firm fit on the car, the rubber pads that contacted the car roof did not track the roof line as they should have. In addition, the instruction manual looked like it was written by someone who has never installed this roof rack. The parts were not labeled and the instructions were visual images that lacked a lot of detail and very little written instructions. I have owned several other Thule products in the past and found the instructions and fit to be much more accommodating. The only bright spot was the service I received from Adam S at Etrailer, who went above and beyond in helping me select the proper rack for the car I own. While I am somewhat disappointed in Thule, I would highly recommend using Adam and Etrailer.
Thule makes great products, install is straight forward, and secure on my truck. I used it for carrying long fishing rods for beach fishing.
Is perfect fit but would have liked it better if I could have just ordered and paid for the one item I needed instead of whole set of 4 feet for the repair when I only needed one.
These themselves seem great and solid - I just don't love the way they look hovering above the fit-kit.
Been a month haven’t received them yet they are in stock but guess we are waiting for one item which it’s in stock date gets pushed back every day. And the company doesn’t let the customer know the date changes or when they will send it.

One year in, this fit kit and the whole system have worked very well on my Kia EV6.
I miss the simplicity, in terms of cost as well as installation and removal, of the old Thule rectangular-bar racks, but this system looks better, is quiet, won't sag, and seems more robust.
