Got a cracked RV mirror but everything else is fine? This replacement glass makes it easy to fix without swapping the whole assembly. It drops right into place and includes a heat grid to help keep your view clear in snowy or muggy weather.
When only the upper flat glass is cracked and your mirror head is still usable, replacing the full mirror assembly adds work and parts you're not trying to touch. This Burco Redi Cuts piece replaces just the heated RV side view mirror glass, restoring the damaged viewing surface without swapping the full OEM mirror assembly. Once the broken glass is addressed, your existing mirror body can keep doing its job while you get a clear reflection back in that upper section.
The upper mirror section matters most when you need a direct look at traffic, lane position, and what's behind a large vehicle. This replacement uses an upper flat surface, so the repair brings back the main viewing area from that upper glass section. After it's installed, you can use that section again for checking rearward traffic, setting your lane changes, and judging distance behind you.
A cracked heated mirror glass can leave you choosing between fixing the view and keeping the heat function your mirror already had. This replacement includes heated glass with a built-in heat grid and is specified for heated OE mirrors only. In cold or wet conditions, that upper mirror area can return to giving you a usable rearward view while the heat grid works with the heated mirror setup.
Mirror glass repairs go sideways fast when the replacement is even slightly off, so the size needs to match before anything gets installed. This drop-fit glass is specified at 15-3/4" tall x 6-7/8" wide x 16-1/8" diagonal, with the longest diagonal measured from the inside upper corner to the outside lower corner. After confirming those measurements against your mirror glass, the replacement can fit into the correct upper mirror space and put that viewing surface back in use.
Replacing mirror glass often means working near old adhesive, cracked pieces, and tight mirror openings, so the edge finish matters during the repair. This replacement glass has smooth edges for safer handling while positioning the new piece. During installation, you can handle and place the glass with more control, then get back to using the mirror for a clear, reliable reflection.

Hi, everyone, Steven here with etrailer. Let's take a look at the Burco Readi Cuts RV Side Mirror Replacement Glass, the heated version. Now folks, this will fit many different Freightliners, years, Newmars, Jayco, Senecas. Please make sure you're checking the fit guide to be sure if it works with your specific needs, and also match up the measurements that I'm gonna go over with here in a few minutes. Now to me, what's great about these is you're gonna save a lot of money by just replacing that broken glass assembly versus, having to purchase a whole new OE mirror full assembly with the housing and everything, which can be very costly. You can see it's got the heating element already applied on the back with the two tabs for installing on your wires.
If you don't have this set up already, you cannot just add this and get heated glass. You probably will not have those wires already pre-installed from the factory, so again, make sure you're ordering the correct one. If you have heated, this is the one. If you have the non-heated version, there's another part number on the site here that we can assist you with finding if you can't find it below. Measurements, the width, 6 7/8", the tall, height, 15 3/4", and then you wanna measure on the diagonals and I got 16 1/8".
So again, this is a clear OE direct fit replacement. It's gonna be matching up exactly with what you have there as long as those measurements match. And then you have five of these round discs. These are gonna aid you in the installation process. They have double-sided adhesive on both sides so you can stick them on the reverse side and push it in place per the instructions and it's a very quick and easy DIY replacement.
Anyone can do it. Just take your time and you'll do fine. That's gonna wrap up our quick look together, folks. I'm Steven. Thanks for watching and have a great day.
