Today, we're going to take a look at the Flex-a-Lite Reversible 16-inch Syclone S-Blade Electric Fan. This fan will help increase fuel economy, horsepower and torque. It does improve your overall performance of your engine. This fan can be used for primary or auxiliary use. It is a 16-inch Syclone S-Blade Electric Fan. It is reversible.
It can be used as a pusher, or a puller application. When you do receive this, it does come from the factory all set up as a puller application. If you do want to change it to a pusher, all you need to is pop off this slip right here, remove the fan, turn it over, line it up and reinstall it on the shaft 00:00:36. What you also need to do, this is an electric fan, you notice it has two wires here. You would need to reverse the wiring if you're going to change it from puller to pusher. When it comes from the factory as the puller application, the blue wire is used as the power wire, the black is the ground. Again, if you reverse it for pusher, just reverse the connections also.
The blades again is eight, as you can see, S-blades. The airflow this fan provides is 2,500 cubic feet per minute. The amperage draw of the motor is 17 amps. It does come with everything shown here. The nylon bolts and speed nuts for installation, and a nice set of detailed instructions. I do want to give the dimensions on this.
The overall width is going to be right at 16 5/8 inches. The height is going to be right at 15 3/4 inches, and the depth is going to be right at 4 inches deep. That should do it for the review of the Flex-a-lite Reversible 16-inch Syclone S-Blade Electric Fan.
