Do Both the Valterra/Dometic T84 and T85 Valves Allow The Y to Rotate Inside the Valves?

The Valterra T84 and the Valterra T85 both have rotating valve. The T84 video shows that the valve can be rotated 360 degrees by simply turning it. The T85 video says you have to dissemble the valve to rotate. I have never heard of a rotating valve that had to be dissembled to rotate. Is the T85 video incorrect or am I?
