2011 Airstream Interstate Replacement Fresh Water Drain Plug
Based on my research the 2011 Airstream Interstate does use the 3/8 inch drain plug so the Valterra Pipe Plug - 3/8" MPT - ABS # RF865 will work well.

Plug Needed for Water Lines On Outdoor Sink In Trailer
The Valterra Pipe Plug part # RF865 is designed for a 3/8" NPT Fitting. If this is what you have then it will work well just don't forget pipe tape part # A05-0265. Unfortunately, I don't know what size water lines are on any one specific trailer but all you would need to do is measure the fitting size. The female fitting should measure around 5/8" diameter for a 3/8" male fittings.
