Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a quick look at this rubber seal. This is a half inch wide by one quarter inch tall, half round rubber seal, that's going to do a great job of replacing your old, worn out weather stripping around doors and hatches on your RV or trailer. This is going to have this 3M adhesive backing that is pre-applied, so it's gonna be very easy for you to get it installed. You'll want to remove any old adhesive from the surface where you'll be applying this.
Peel back the backing here, apply the seal to your frame, and then you can just use scissors to trim the extra seal off. This is a EPDM Dense Rubber construction, that's not gonna shrink, crack, or fade over time. So it's gonna hold up really well for you. It is resistant to UV damage as well, so it's gonna do a great job. You are gonna get 15 feet with this, so that should give you quite a bit to work with around your doors and hatches on your RV or trailer.

Worked perfectly to complete a full seal around my RV Entry door. The previous seal, original to the door had a compression-set overtime....which means 'it wasn't snug on the entire periphery'.
Look for quite awhile to find the correct weather seal for my hybrid drop down beds. Manufacturer wanted to sell me a one thousand foot roll. At 2.00 dollars a foot. Finally found the exact replacement on etrailer at an awesome price.

This door seal was easy to install. The adhesive is very strong. I have taken one long trip since installing on two separate doors - in the horse compartment of a Living Quarters horse trail. The seal performed as needed and expected. The trip involved heat, sunshine, rain in near-freezing temps over a mountain pass, and a couple of days in dry desert air. Very satisfied with this purchase.
