Hello everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at the Valterra RV Water Pump Connection Kit. Now this RV Water Pump Connection kit will include the 236 inch long high pressure hoses with the nylon fittings on each end and the two pump adapters. Now this RV pump kit includes everything you'll need to connect your water pump and fresh water pipes. Basically, it'll connect the fresh water pipes to the water pump's inlet and outlet ports, and the hoses themselves.
We're gonna zoom in here, if you look at 'em, they are a high pressure reinforced hose. Helps eliminate water pump noise by reducing surges in the water pressure, and it'll minimize vibrations that travel through your water pipes. They are a universal design, we mentioned, it comes with these two pump adapters that'll convert fittings that have female threading, hose length, again, is 36 inches long. Hose diameter's a half an inch. But that should do it for the review on this Valterra RV Water Pump Connection Kit.

This product is marketed for pump silencing, but I'm not sure how much silencing it does. I use it for relocating the pump without the need for extensive replumbing. The kit would be more useful if one end of each hose had a 90 degree fitting.
Not sure how well it silences because the pump is already pretty quiet. I bought these more for the ease of repositioning the new pump in a different orientation since it has a water filter and the old pump didn’t. Works great so far. I would recommend no matter your needs.
