Hi everyone. Steve here with etrailer. Let's take a look at a RV Designer coupler lock pen with chain. Now this is gonna be a quarter inch by one and three-eighth inch size. It is gonna fit a lot of common coupler latch applications. And as you know, this is spring loaded here.
You just simply pop that off. Now this can fold out and you could put it in through something. And then obviously, you want to attach this to some side, some part of that coupler, and you will need sold separately, either like a self tap and screw. If you don't already have one, maybe yours is just outdated or worn out and you still have a screw you can reuse. You can tell it reuse something as well if it's still good.
