Overall I am very pleased with the order of my new flagpole and tailgate tire stand. First, I ordered my pole midweek with high hopes it would arrive prior to the first home game of the season last Saturday. Well it showed up in 3-4 days; just in time! The pole is sturdy, super easy to extend and seems to be made of a very durable high grade aluminum. The tire stand is incredibly heavy duty and seems like it will last a long time as well and the price was very competitive. I would highly recommend the company and this flag, pole stand combo package. I only have one minor complaint/recommendation, otherwise I would have given the entire experience a 5 star. Except for the top one, the plastic bands that hold the flag clips do not lock in place on the pole; leaving the flag to slide up and down the pole a bit. I worry this might be an issue in heavy winds but a little clear tape solved the problem and I had my NCAA and quality US flag that came with the pole soaring high (a little higher than my neighbors I might add; which is what I wanted)! I will definitely order from this site again! Thanks etrailer!
The car foot base assembles very quickly and once under the vehicle tire makes a very sturdy and steady base for the flag pole. The pole fits very snuggly into the base with no slop and extends very easily and securely, the detent pins seem very robust and I hope they will last a long time. The flag that comes with the kit is a printed one and needs a fair wind to unfurl properly so I have purchased a lighter weight sewn nylon one to fly in light breezes. Overall I’m happy with the purchase.
Finally a flag pole setup that stays up.
Two previous flag pole kits failed primarily because the telescoping sections eventually expand or contract and lose the friction necessary to keep the flag pole sections tight. A slight wind and the sections collapse. Another one used a pin to insert through a hole with upper section resting on the pin, but there was not enough overlapping of the sections to keep the upper section from falling over in the breeze.
This pole is evidence that,"You get what you pay for".
The product is clearly well made and has a solution for collapsing sections. I am looking forward to many years of use, flying our country's flag.

Top ball is flimsy thin plastic. Expected for this price that the flag would be embossed. Otherwise seems very sturdy.
It is easy to set up and so far has held up. It was a good purchase.
