Very well made, heavy PVC, and screws to black and gray valves look like they will hold up well. Replacing 1997 Casita equipment which is deteriorating.

by:

My experience was excellent. The online purchase was quick and smooth and I was kept informed during the whole shipping and delivery process. Based on this experience I will not hesitate to recommend etrailer to my friends!

by:

Customer service, Lori, was very helpful on the phone. She explained that like so many other businesses these days, they were short staffed- so even though the product was in the warehouse, it was schedules to take 9 days to pull the product, then whatever time it took USPS for standard land delivery. ( at which point I would have missed my camping reservation). So I paid the expedited shipping fee, which also sped up pulling it from the warehouse, and I got my product in 3 days as promised. Thank you.

by:

Product works perfectly and is exactly as described. Seals are tight and had no issues with leaking or difficulty with getting the part into place. I would highly recommend. Had a blowout destroy the previous valve setup and etrailer's customer support was very helpful in finding us a part that would go right in. We were able to get back to rolling thanks to their help.

by:

by:

Second order from e trailers and so far I can't complain as product is fast I went to campi g world to order this part and was told it would be 7 to 10 days for just the pipe itself without valves and total cost was going to be 40 dollars more haven't installed yet but I plan on it tonight

by:

by:

by:

by:

I received it quickly so I can get this changed out and our RV back in service. The one that is one is replacing had a crack and leaked.

  • Replacement Double RV Waste Valves Recommendation for RV
Thanks for the picture. From that I can point you towards the correct valve setup to replace what's in it as part # T80A. But for the rest of the piping we won't be able to help you as we do not carry it. There are a few different variations of the valve though. Part # T80 has a 3" Hub (female) and a 1-1/2" Hub (male) Part # T80C has a 3" Hub (female) and a 1-1/2" Spigot (male) Part # T80A has a 3" Spigot (male) and a 1-1/2" Hub (female)

The differences between the Valterra # T80, # T80C, and # T80A simply has to do with the types of connections that they have. They vary between Hub (female) and Spigot (male) ends to suit your needs. The ends that change are on the side. • Difference Between Valterra Double Rotating Waste Valve T80 and T80C
The difference is that the part # T80C has a spigot on the 1-1/2 inch side and the # T80 has a hub instead. A hub needs to mate to a spigot and a spigot mates to a hub. So you application determines which you would need.

  • Dimensions Of Valterra Double Rotating Waste Valve # T80
I went to our warehouse and took some measurements of the Valterra Double Rotating Waste Valve, part # T80 for you. I have attached a photo of the valve that has the dimensions you asked about. The distance from the end of the 1-1/2 inch inlet pipe to the end of the 3-inch inlet pipe is 10-7/8 inches. The distance from the outside to outside of the square face plates is 8-1/2 inches and inside to inside between the plates is 5-3/4 inches.

  • Difference Between 3 inch Hub and 3 inch Spigot for Doulbe RV Waste Valve Setups
Basically the easiest way to describe it is that hubs fit over spigots. So the Double RV Waste Valves - Elbow - Rotating - 3 and 1.5 Hubs to 3 Lug Item # T80 that you referenced has a 3 inch fitting that is 3 inches in internal diameter designed for fitting over a 3 inch outer diameter (spigot) fitting. These kits do not come apart so you'd have to replace the entire thing.

  • Is Spacer Needed to Fit Double RV Waste Valves # T80A to 3-1/2" Inside Diameter Outlet
You actually don't need a spacer to attach the Double RV Waste Valves # T80A to your current black water tank. Since you are measuring 3-1/2" for your outlet you have a hub. The 3" spigot end on this double waste valve has an outer diameter of 3-1/2" so it will fit perfectly in the hub of your current setup. In regards to the 3" measurement, that is actually the inner diameter of the pipe itself. If you measure past the hub fitting on your line you should see that it measures 3".

  • Is part # T80 all that is Needed to Replace Waste Sewer Valve on RV
I spoke with my contact at Valterra and she informed me that the part # T80 is the complete valve assembly, including valves, flanges, and seals. The part is ABS plastic, so you could use an ABS sealant or glue. The glue is not included though. Part number # 0160297 will seal plastic parts and would work well for you.

  • Comparing the Double RV Waste Valves Part T80C and Part T80
The difference between the Double RV Waste Valves part # T80C and part # T80 is that the former has a 1-1/2" spigot fitting and the latter has a 1-1/2" hub fitting. They both have 3" hub fittings as well. The spigot fitting means this will slide into the pipe and the hub fitting means this will slide over the pipe. The hub fittings are more common for the valves. In order to attach either assembly you will also need the Valterra ABS Solvent Cement part # A05-0303.
