Question:

I just picked up my 2022 Airstream Basecamp 20x. I would like to replace the heavy steel step with aluminum steps. I understand that Thule may carry something and that youu sell Thule. Can you recommend an aluminum replacement step for me. thank you Tom

We will be able to find an aluminum step that fits your 2022 Airstream Basecamp 20X. Unfortunately, we do not sell Thule RV entry steps . From what I can find, it appears that your trailers entry has two steps. I am partial to the SolidStep brand.

We have two sizes of the step. They are the

SolidStep Manual Fold-Down Steps for 24" Wide RV Door Frames - Double - Aluminum, part # LC713662, and the
SolidStep Manual Fold-Down Steps for 29" to 36" Wide RV Door Frames - Double - Aluminum, part # LC733932.

These steps will work with entry ways from 24" wide and from 29" to 36" wide.The steps fold down, they have a standard 8' rise, and the individual legs are adjustable to keep the steps level.
