I bought this adapter to use with my 2000 watt inverter generator while camping without hook-ups.

Very handy for loading up before a trip. Was in Canada last Summer and one of the Rv parks only had 115 service. The adapter came in real handy.
Adapter is working as needed but is showing signs of a beginning heat problem. It stays plugged in for weeks at a time but has not failed. I would buy again.
I purchased this plug so I wouldn’t have to use my 50 amp cord before converting to 110vac. Obviously this is the way to go if you have use for 110vac circuit. I will be upgrading my 110vac extension cord to 15amps.
This adapter is perfect and works great. I use it with a 20 amp, 10 awg power cord for off season RV mx. The 20 amp cord is much easier to move around compared to a 50 amp cord.

The first time I plugged a cord to this connector SPARKS FLEW? This plug is defective. There is no short circuit in the camper and the cord is good. I was able to find a "dog bone" style corded connector.
Good quality and straight forward useag e.
Worked great as advertised right out of the box. Indispensable tool for any RV!

Still working as intended and have had no issues whatsoever. The adapter still looks like new and functional great!
Product came fast after I ordered it! I looked EVERYWERE for this type of plug but the quality and reviews couldn't compare !! Well worth the money ,very durable and I think it will last me a long time . I give a 5 star review very happy customer and a much needed part for my RV when at home , in the driveway !
This is quite handy when I don't need more than 20A. I can plug in easily in the driveway or use just 1 generator when boondocking. I don't have to mess with the heavy 30A cord.
The fit is fine. A plastic or paper cup over the power cord and covering the connection keeps it dry as well.

I needed something for the winter months to keep my camper battery charged without using the heavy cords that supply my 50 amp service. This adapter works perfect.

I use it year round to keep my RV batteries charged and lets me use the RV lights. It lets me use a light power cord for these jobs, so I dont have to deal with the heavy cords that would ordinarily be used.
I needed this for fair camping because there are only 20 amp outlets. The way the outlet boxes are set up my adapter at the box would barely make a connection and i had to zip tie it to the fence because it was too heavy of a cord. With this I use a regular extension cord, it plugs right in, and isnt too heavy for the box that is poorly mounted on the fence. I try to get 50 amp sites, but this annual venue is a fair and all they have is patch work outlets to use. I recommend this at it stores easily in the camper and is ready to go with an extension cord for a quick 20 amp connection.
I have not used this yet but it fits perfectly and it seems very well made, as it has some heft to it. It will be invaluable for campsites where we don't need 50 amp service (or even 30 amp with a 30-to-50 amp adapter).

I am still completely satisfied with the items I purchased.
Awsome product for using to keep battery charged while in storage instead of having to use the heavy 50 amp or 30 amp cords. Even with my battery disconnect switch turned to off, there is a drain on the battery so this is a convenient way to keep the battery charged and lights available when stored.
I purchased this 50 volt to 110 connector in order to plug in my trailer at our storage facility prior to leaving on trips. This provides sufficient power to fully charge my RV battery and to not tax my battery when I open/close my slides. I’ve used this connector for the past year and have been pleased with its performance. Connector works as advertised!
This is Great! Now I don't have to get that big heavy 50 amp cord out every time I want to put power to my travel trailer. That big cord is a real pain when I just want to have lights, etc. I went right out and put it on. Excellent! Another note: I just had a little accident pulling my trailer out (didn't put the steps in and I tore them off). I went to the dealer where I paid $36,000 for the trailer and paid $548 (with my discount). I looked up the same steps on etrailer.com and they are less than half. What is wrong with this picture? I looked at other things at etrailer and can't believe the difference in prices. I wish I knew about them before I bought the steps! I could use the money I would have saved. Highly recommend them. I paid about $20 at etrailer for a high quality electric adapter that I could not even find anywhere else. Similar adapters were all about $90. Thanks Guys. I will check with you first from now on.
Excellent product, great for connection a extension cord to power my fifth wheel when you don't need the big bulky cord that comes with the fifth wheel.

Great! Works as planed
I have been purchasing items for some time now, from my new 5th wheel hitch to small items such wheel chocks and plug adapters. I have NEVER been disappointed,
all orders arrived on time, packeged securly, and work as avertised. I most certainly
will be a coustimer as long as I own ay type on trailer.
Like it, saves dragging out the big 50 amp cord when just needing to maintain battery level and run the fridge...

Love this adapter, perfect for at home to keep refrigerator, batteries charged and use the lights... Must have for 50 ampers...
Female 50a connection would not mate w/ my power port connect on my 5er. Regular power supply line connects perfectly without any problem. Inspected the difference between the two connectors and appears this adapter internal contact points are preventing the union. First time I’ve ever had a problem with a product from etrailer and will continue to shop with them, just not for products of similar origin as this 50a adapter. This adapter is being returned for a refund.
I had been looking for such an adapter for awhile and was very pleased to find it at etrailer. I had seen another brand online but was reluctant to buy it since there was no info on the manufacturer or reviews. I knew that if etrailer carried it, the quality would be fine. It arrived sooner than expected and the quality exceeded my expectations. I told my wife as I opened the box that a package from etrailer is better than anything on Christmas morning.
Does what it is supposed to do. When we store the camper we use this to plug in to a common 120 vac outlet. This keeps the battery charged.
Very good service received from ETRAILER good product respect for it's customers (received part damaged in the transport to exchange without any problem and without expenses very responsible company despite miles and miles that separates us) Gaetan Quebec Canada
