Cools much better than our previous AC
A/C unit is fine but as usual, Dometic support and documentation is miserable. The unit comes with a pre-installed connector for the 120VAC circuit. The pre-installed connector is proprietary and no mating connector is provided for making connection to your wiring. eTrailer support had no information so I spent an hour chasing down part #s with the connector mfr and Dometic. If you get this A/C you will need to order part# 19045-1000 to complete the wiring. Dometic tech support told me that cutting off the pre-installed connector and using a junction box will void the A/C warranty. They sell a product that can't be installed without a proprietary part that they don't identify or provide.
E-trailer was very helpful dealing with this problem, ups was very disappointing.
