M6 T-Bolts with Course Threads to Fit with Wing Nuts on Thule Trail XT Roof Cargo Basket

Question:

I have a Thule Trail 864Xt basket, the original T bolts M6x20 TH36JV are too short for my Wingbar Evo when assembled with spacer and locking washer. I got new T bolts M6x35mm #TH33RV but they are fine thread versus the original T bolts M6x20 TH36JV are course thread. Problem now original wing nuts dont fit the longer T-Bolts I got and the old T-Bolt are too short. I need a soltuion, either new low profile wing nuts that fit the M6x35mm fine thread bolt or M6 T-bolts that are30-35mm course thread. Any help solving this problem.

These aren't Thule products but the Replacement M6 x 35 mm Square Head Bolt for Rhino-Rack Accessories # RR25XB have that course thread you're asking about, and since the bolts will be in the T-Slot and hidden with the wingnut you won't need to worry about the silver finish on them.
