Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a quick look at the RVH Legs for your Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars. These legs are designed to mount onto a roof that already has a fixed mounting point. One thing that I really want to stress with this is that these are just the legs. They don't come with the feet that you'll need.
You'll have to purchase those separately. They also don't come with the crossbars, the Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars, you would have to purchase those separately as well. These are just the legs that you will need to connect between your feet and the crossbars. There are four of them so that would give you a two crossbar set up. There are other kits that are designed for a three crossbar setup or a two crossbar setup, or sorry, a one crossbar setup. So depending on what your needs, I just want to make sure that you're getting the right product.
These are locking leg. So you've got the two keys there that will allow you to insert and open this so that you can make sure that these do not walk off. No one can access to remove your crossbars, so that's a nice feature there. The included Allen key can secure inside there, keep it stored, so you'd only have to keep your keys on you. You could open up the face, put your Allen key in there if you needed to ever tighten or take them off.
These are made of a UV and weather resistant glass, reinforced nylon construction. So they're going to hold up very well for you. Do a good job. The main thing that these. The main distinguishing feature of these is their height.
These are the high profile legs, so you can see they are right about two inches, two and a half inches tall.So they'll give you a little bit more room separation between your roof and your crossbars so that you can get more wrapped around those crossbars. Give you a little bit more room between your roof and the crossbars themselves. It's also comes with instructions to get everything mounted up. It does also come with a five-year limited warranty from Rhino-Rack. So, you know they stand behind their products. It's going to do a good job for you. There's also the low profile leg options. If you don't care about the high, the difference between your roof and your crossbars. So another option available. Again, just trying to make sure that you're getting the product that you need. The feet that go with these there's lots of different kits available. They manufacturer them to work with specific vehicles. So I encourage you to come take a look at etrailer.com, plug in your vehicle in our fit guide, and we'll help you find the right feet for your vehicle so that you can get this all set up on your roof. That's going to complete our look at the RVH Legs for your Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars.
