Unfortunately, I confirmed with Yakima that they have not confirmed a fit of the LockNLoad Platform # Y05045 on your factory crossbars on your 2022 Toyota 4Runner. With that being said, Yakima also has not tested the fitment of the LockNLoad to your rails if you remove the crossbars from the setup.
