The correct Rhino-Rack Backbone Mounting System for your 2011 Lexus GX 460 is the Kit # RRRTPB1. Please note this will require the removal of any OEM rails that may or may not be installed on your vehicle.
The Kit # RRRT4B1 for a 5th Gen 4Runner won't fit your Lexus.
