Would the Rhino Backbone be compatible with the Yakima Locknload E platform on my 2016 4runner Trail?

The Rhino Rack Backbone system # RRRT4B1 that you referenced can only be used with Pioneer Platform roof trays like with the part # JA9328 for a tray that measures 76 by 49 inch or the # JA9133 which measures 60 by 49 inch.
