Initially wrong key was sent. Called customer service and they quickly replaced with correct key. Replacement key work fine.

We received the replacement keys for Thule box we had not used since our cross country trip 7 years ago. Traveling again and needed the key and e trailer delivered timely and with the correct key.
I got this as a replacement key for my ski rack after the original ones were lost. The replacement key fit perfect and it works great.
They keys work great! Now I have access to my storage box. The customer service folks I talked to were great and followed up on an issue I had with a delay in delivery caused by my local post office. They tracked down what the issue was and called me back promptly when they found out.

I had lost my keys to my Thule rack. ETrailer.com was out of stock, but they worked hard to get the particular key for me, and kept in contact with me throughout. In the end they had the key delivered to me within just a day or two after they received the key from Thule. I am really pleased with the customer service at ETrain.com. Using the Thule roofbox we were able to fit more people in the Armada and our gear safely stowed up top. These bar ends stop the howling wind noise from a rack bar without the caps.
