Broke off the original screw due to it being so rusty. Drilled out the remaining part of the screw and replaced it with this. Works great!

Yes, the only round tube caps that are available for your Thule Parkway is found with part # 853-2181 and needs to be installed using the screw # TH8535753 which is sold separately. I confirmed this with my contact at Thule.
